The City Manager noted <br />that the current Liquor Manager is trying to establish <br />a complete maintenance operation giving specific employees <br />specific duties as far as maintenance. <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Schmidt to approve the low <br />bid of Quality Refrigeration Company in the amount of <br />$1,439.50 for a compressor for the walk-in cooler at <br />the Palmer Drive Liquor Store. <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />The Council reviewed the tabulated results of the proposed <br />League of Minnesota Cities Legislatives Policies, <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Blomquist to indicate that <br />the Cities top six (6) priorities for legislative policies <br />of the League of Minnesota Cities are as follows: <br /> <br />1. PPlR-l Minnesota Public Employees labor Relations <br />Act; <br />2. RS-l Levy Limits; <br />3. RS-2 Adequate Funding For Government Aid; <br />4, RS-3 Alternate Revenue Sources; <br />5. LUEE-2 Solid and Hazardous Waste Management; and <br />6.
