The City Attorney stated <br />given the performance bond already obtained for this project <br />of Well #9 from E.H. Renner & Sons, and given the nature <br />of the award he does not feel obtaining additional quotes <br />beyond the one from Renner & Sons would be practical. <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Janecek to find that it would <br />not be practical to obtain more than one quote and to <br />approve the expenditure of $4,335 for the extension of the <br />pump at City Well #9. The work to be done by E.H. Renner <br />& Sons. <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />The Council discussed the proposed legislative policies <br />of the league of Minnesota Cities.
