LoCKRIDGE <br />GRINDAL <br />NAuEN <br />P.L.L.r. <br />Attorneys at Law <br />Federal Representation Services (continued) <br />* Providing written updates, monthly status reports/briefings, written <br />reports/newsletters and analysis for the clients as needed and/or directed. <br />• Scheduling meetings, briefings, and associated activities with Members of <br />Congress and/or the executive branch officials on behalf of the client. <br />• Public Communications: We can prepare all public communications, letters, <br />press releases official Congressional testimony, formal executive agency <br />submissions, briefing books, issues analyses, background briefing/white-papers, <br />memoranda, media materials—virtually anything you require in a written format. <br />. • Legal and Policy Analysis: We will help you position your organizations legally <br />and politically to deal successfully with Congress and the Executive Branch. <br />• Bill Drafting: We can prepare/draft legislation and accompanying bill summaries. <br />• Policy Briefings: We will research, plan, arrange, and participate in formal policy <br />briefings for Members of Congress and Federal Agency officials. <br />• Direct Lobbying: We will plan and direct specific federal lobbying activities in <br />support of client goals and objectives. <br />• Federal Regulatory Process: We will research, prepare, and submit comments in <br />regulatory areas of interest. <br />• Maintain client office/presence in Washington DC: We would work with you, if <br />you so desire, to design and implement a plan to establish a formal presence in <br />Washington—including but not limited to office, telephone, conference <br />facilities, web -site, etc. <br />0 <br />
