Office Park Utilities. <br /> <br />Improvement <br />Project #83-7 <br />Report #83-43 <br />10:44-10:46 <br /> <br />There was no one present at the Public Hearing <br />who spoke to the Project #83-7. <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Benke to close the <br />Public Hearing. <br /> <br />3 Ayes - 0 Nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Schmidt to direct <br />staff to prepare a RESOLUTION APPROVING IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #83-7. <br /> <br />City Engineer reviewed the proposed improvement <br />project #83-8, concrete street repair in the <br />poppyseed/Rockstone Area and on Stinson Blvd. <br /> <br />Ms. Lorraine Burzynski, 3275 Stinson Ct., <br />questioned how old the portion of Stinson Blvd. <br />was. <br /> <br />Improvement <br />Project #83-8 <br />Report #83-43 <br />10:49-11:01 <br /> <br />City Engineer replied that the street was con- <br />structed in about 1967. <br /> <br />Ms. Burzynski stated that taxes were very high and <br />indicated that Stinson Blvd. was sinking somewhat. <br />She felt that Co. Rd. E was in worse shape and felt <br />that Stinson just required a little repair work for now. <br />
