'-V J. & <br /> <br />Decewber 22, 1981 <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Bury stated that as a property owner he was very <br />much in favor of the development district designation. <br /> <br />p <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Dave Taklo, owner of North Central Truck Service, <br />stated that they were not aware of the proposed development <br />until November, that he had been told by the property owner <br />and agent that they would have to be gone from the site <br />by April 1, 1982 and that they had t en shown no consideration. <br />Mr. Taklo stated that he was not opposed to the development <br />as proposed and that he could see th~ benefits of such <br />development but that he would like consideration for his company. <br /> <br />Mr. Mike Buzar, real estate agent for the property owner, <br />Mr. Griffis, indicated support on behalf of the property owner. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Mr. Bill Thomas, BTO Development Corporation, stated that <br />the project appears feasible but that it is not feasible <br />that construction would begin by April 1st. Mr. Thomas stated <br />that a project of this size is extremely difficult to put <br />together and very time consurn: r,q. Nr. Thomas stated that <br />he had had no contact with the property owner or with the <br />tenants.
