The final grading and drainage plan be approved <br />by the Rice Creek Watershed District and City <br />Engineer; and <br />2. That the applicant conform with site and landscape <br />plans signed and dated by the applicant and City <br />Planner. <br /> <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Maurice Anderson, Director of Parks and <br />Recreation was present to answer questions. <br /> <br />Puppet Wagon <br />Report No. 82-43 <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Janecek <br />to direct the Mayor and Manager to execute <br />a Joint Powers Agreement with the City of <br />Mounds View for puppetry services for the <br />year 1982. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Janecek to reconsider <br />Group IV rezoning action. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Johnson, 291 2nd Street SE, presented <br />a letter to the City Council. <br /> <br />The Mayor with consent of the City Council directed <br />receipt of the letter from Mr. Robert J. Kroll, 315 2nd <br />Street InN opposing the rezoning from residential to <br />heavy industrial. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson stated that he had lived in his house since <br />1957, that he was opposed to the rezoning. <br /> <br />Mr. Jerry Freeden, 326 2nd Street NW stated that he <br />also was opposed to the rezoning. <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Blomquist to waive <br />the reading and hold the first reading of an ORDINANCE <br />REZONING CERTAIN PROPEH'l'IES WITHIN GROUP IV OF THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE REZONINGS with the exception that Areas <br />A, C, and G be continued. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />-..17 - <br />
