License: <br />Park Pizzaria & Pasta Food License; On-Sale Beer License; Wine License <br /> <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Council Business <br />Mr. Fred White, applicant, was present to answer questions. <br /> <br />Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Janecek to waive the <br />reading and adopt a RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION <br />OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />(Generally located east of Long Lake Road, west of <br />12th Avenue NW and south of 13th Street NW). <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Blomquist to stipulate <br />that access to the southern property as described <br />in Resolution #26l5 be off of 12th Avenue NW. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Schmidt to waive the <br />reading, hold the second reading, adopt and order <br />publication of an ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS <br />OF THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING ORDINANCE. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Janecek to initiate <br />the Ordinance amendments to the License Chapter <br />of the City Code and the Zoning Code regarding <br />the use of electronic devices and to refer the <br />matter to staff and the Planning Commission for <br />recommendation. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />The City Council discussed the status of the potential <br />litigation regarding the City's water supply contamination <br />problem.
