<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />Pursuant to notice thereof a regular meeting of the New <br />Brighton City Council was held Tuesday, August 10, 1982 <br />at 7:30 p.m. in the municipal building, 803 5th Avenue NW, <br />New Brighton, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gregg Harcus, Councilmembers Roger Blomquist, <br />Jeanette Janecek, Steve Schmidt <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Bob Benke <br /> <br />Also <br />Present: <br /> <br />James Fornell, City Manager <br />Charles LeFevere, City Attorney <br />John Grau, Acting Director of Finance' <br />Les Proper, Director of Public Works <br />James Winkels, Director of Community Development <br /> <br />Minutes <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Schmidt to approve the minutes <br />of July 27, 1982 as presented. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />The Mayor with consent of the Council directed receipt of <br />the Park Board minutes of July 7, 1982. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br />Motion by Harcus, seconded by Schmidt to approve the following <br />items: <br /> <br />1. Consolidated fund vouchers 69717-69759; 6l476-6l601 <br />2. Liquor fund vouchers 18572-18610; 15038-15068 <br />3.
