<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City of New Brighton <br />October 27, 1981 <br /> <br />Mr. McCullough indicated that towards <br />that end they are also requesting <br />consideration of an issuance of Industrial <br />Revenue Bonds. <br /> <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Benke <br />to waive the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION <br />CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSAL <br />TO UNDERTAKE AND FINANCE A COMHERCIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT PROJECT with the public hearing <br />to consider the preliminary approval resolution <br />to be set for 7:40 p.m. on December 22, 1981 <br />and to order publication of the notice of <br />hearing pursuant to state statutes. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Mr. Lou DeMars, representing Miller and <br />Schroeder Municipals, Inc., was present <br />to answer questions. <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Benke <br />to waive the reading and adopt a <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON A PROPOSAL TO UNDERTAKE AND FINANCE A <br />COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT with the <br />'public hearing to consider the preli~inary <br />approval resolution to be set for 7:45 p.m. <br />on November 24, 1981 and t'o order publication <br />of the nbtice of hearing pursuant to state <br />statutes. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - mot~Qn carried <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Lee, applicant, and Mr. Mark <br />Murlowski andl\1r.
