The sewer was <br />actually constructed 100 feet north of the point described in the <br />deeds attached for execution. <br /> <br />We will obtain the correct deeds and will not surrender the <br />attached deeds until the corrected ones are given to us by Mr. <br />Cobb. I am also attaching a copy of the Certificate of Survey of <br />June 30, 1967 which showed the main description and then there is <br />a later addition to the survey showing a house with a sewer ease- <br />ment running right through it. That is the legal description; the <br />one lying northerly is the actual construction area.
