Adopt a RESOLUTION CERTIFYING UNPAID RESOLUTION NO. 2378 <br />WATER AND SEWER CHARGES TO 'l'HE COUNTY <br />AUDITOR TO BE COLLECTED WITH O'I'HER <br />rI'AXES ON SAID PROPER'I'Y. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Public Hearings <br />Mr. Tom Boudredul applicant, was present. <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Kullas, 221 l7th Avenue NW, <br />spoke indicating his support for the <br />request of Mr. Boudreau. <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. Thad Kalb, 621 Silver Lake Road, <br />spoke in opposition to the tower indicating <br />they were concerned for the appearance, safety, <br />and potential interference for TV and radio. <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Schmidt <br />continue action on SP-90 until the first <br />Council meeting in November at 7:35 p.m. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Mr. John Murlowski, representing Belair <br />Builders, Corporation, was present to <br />answer questions. <br /> <br />Mr. Elmer Jasper, representing Road MachinerYI <br />property owner located to the north of the <br />property in question, stated that RMS was <br />opposed to the variance as it could potentially <br />have a negative impact on their property value. <br />Mr. Jasper further stated that they would prefer <br />to see the applicant purchase some property so <br />that a variance was not needed. <br /> <br />Mr. Allen Grubstad, 1623 Old Highway #8, neighbor <br />to the south stated he was opposed to the granting <br />of the variance. <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Janecek to continue <br />the public hearing on VN-215 until October 14, 1980 <br />at 7:40 p.m. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />SP-901 Boudreau <br />Supplement to <br />Report No. 80~90 <br />7:42-8:09 <br /> <br />VN-2151 Belair <br />Buildersl Corp. <br />Report No. 80-161 <br />8:10-8:35 <br />
