The <br />Mayor distributed and with consent of <br />the Council directed receipt of his <br />report reviewing the Manager's report <br />to the Council regarding police vehicles <br />which was also discussed. <br /> <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Schmidt to <br />reject all bids for police vehicles and to <br />direct staff to reassess and report as to <br />whether specifications for mid-size vehicles <br />as included in the bids received are necessary. <br />3 ayes - 2 nayes (Benke, Janecek) - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Blomquist to <br />direct that the amended chapter regarding <br />Energy be included as part of the Administrative <br />Code. <br />S ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Blomquist to <br />accept the $900 to conduct a maxi-audit <br />on the liquor store at Palmer Drive and <br />to agree to a 30% match for a maxi-audit <br />for City Hall and for the maintenance building. <br /> <br />Further, that staff be directed to negotiate a <br />contract with a consulting engineering firm to <br />conduct the maxi-audit at a cost not to exceed <br />$900 for the Palmer Drive liquor store, $l,OOO <br />for City Hall, and $2,000 for the City maintenance <br />building.
