<br />City of New Brighton <br />April 8, 1980 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Daryl Schwergler, Director of Administration for <br />St. Jude Medical, Inc. showed a slide presentation <br />giving background of the company and displaying <br />the heart-valve product. <br /> <br />Dick Schoen and Roger Erick~on, Architects and Engineer <br />for Copartnership Inc. displayed and described the <br />development plans. <br /> <br />Sheldon Johnson, Consultant of Barton-Aschman, discussed <br />the contents of his report which includes examination <br />of the models used for traffic project ion:s, peak hours <br />affect, future street improvements, access points, <br />and comparative data between residential developnent <br />and the proposed development. <br /> <br />Mary Lou True, Bio-Centrics, Inc., the primary <br />preparer of the Environmental Assessment Worksheet, <br />highlighted the data included in the worksheet. <br />She concluded that the project was not a major action <br />nor of significant environmental affect, nor more than <br />local significance. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />She introduced Mike Costello of Barton-Aschman who <br />assisted in the preparation of the environmental <br />assessment worksheet.
