I I I .l'., City of New Brighton April 22, 1980 Mr. John H. O'Brien, applicant, asked to be recognized. He stated that Abbey Associates was hereby informing the Council that they were withdrawing their application for rezoning and PUD and presented the Council with a formal letter of withdrawal. Motion by Senden, seconded by Blomquist to acknowledge receipt of the letter and approve the withdrawal of application as requested. S ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried Mayor Senden then stated that due to the approval of the withdrawal on the advice of the City Attorney, no further action was necessary. The Mayor declared recess at 8:10 p.m. Council reconvened at 8:14 p.m. Council Business Motion by Janecek, seconded by Blomquist to waive the reading, hold the second reading, and order publication of an ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE NEW BRIGHTON CITY CODE PERTAINING TO DOG AND CAT IMPOUNDING FEES. 5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Schmidt to waive the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION SETTING DOG AND CAT IMPOUNDING FEES AND CHARGES AS AUTHORIZED BY CHAPTER 6 OF THE NEW BRIGHTON CITY CODE. 5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Benke to waive the reading and adopt a RESOLUTION ADJOURNING SALE OF $460,000 GENERAL OBLIGA- TION IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1980.
