That the plan is consistent and compatible <br />with the New Brighton Comprehensive Plan; <br />2. That the goals and policies and the implementation <br />strategy formulated in the plan does not conflict <br />with the strategies proposed to be implemented by <br />the City of New Brighton; <br />3. That the plan does not propose conflicts in terms <br />of land use, housing and transportation in the <br />specific areas where the City of New Brighton abut~ <br />with the City of St. Anthony; <br />4. That the City of New Brighton requests that consideration <br />be given for bikeways to create more of a link between <br />St. Anthony and the City of New Brighton; <br /> <br />-4- <br />
