The City shall acquire and pay for additional permanent right of wa:y and temporary easements required for the construction of the road~ in accord- ance with the plans and specifications. The City shall pay to the County one htmdred percent (l~) of the cost of sanitary sewer and its services improvements, water main and its serv- ices improvements, concrete waJ.ks and landscaping. All other improvements re- quested Qy the City Which are not included in the plans and specifications may " be added to the construction contract by supplemental agreement and shall be paid for as provided in the supplementaJ. agreement. 4. The City shall pay to the Cotmty seventy-five percent (75~) of the cost of concrete curb and gutters provided where concrete curbs do not present- ~ exist. The mountab~e concrete medians are not classified as concrete curb and gutter. 5. The City shall pay to the County one hundred percent (l~) of that portion of the storm. sewer costs not eligible for CSAH reimbursement to the County for use of its County state Aid Highway funds. 6. Upon completion of the project the COlUlty shall own and maintain the storm sewer catch basins and J.eads, and the City shall own and maintain the storm sewer trunk lines. 7. The County shall prepare the partial payment estimates and notify the City of its share of the costs for the City's items of work. The City shall pay its share of the cost to the Treasurer of Ramsey County within seven calendar days, and the contractor shall then be paid by the County. -2- ~
