That the property line of Big Bls site is <br />located approximately 390 feet from the <br />property line of pike Lake School and <br />approximately 150 feet from the property <br />line of the City park located in the southeast <br />corner of 14th Street NW and Silver Lake Road. <br />2. That pike Lake School is an elementary school and <br />the concern over drinking is less of a problem <br />then if the school was a secondary school. <br />3.
