She presented a petition and <br />comparative data to the Council. <br /> <br />Citizen's Concern <br />Police Protection <br /> <br />The Mayor with the consent of the Council <br />directed receipt and filing of the petition and other data. <br /> <br />Mrs. Moore presented five points for consideration: <br /> <br />1. Police protection is the most vital service in the <br />community. <br />2. That certain equipment and manpower is necessary <br />to do a good job. <br />3.
