<br />j ; <br /> <br />BIt- IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Council approves ofPUD 01-002 subject to the following <br />c~mditions; <br /> <br />1. Development and use of the property shall confonn in all respects to the General <br />Development Plan approved June 26, 2001 and by all conditions amending such <br />plans found within PUD02-002. <br /> <br />2. Developer shall add the amended POO to the declaration of covenants and <br />restrictions to assure development in accordance with the General Development <br />Plan and conditions imposed by the City. <br /> <br />3. The pedestrian connection from the apartment building to the office and <br />commercial components of the site are restored on the site plan and re-submitted to <br />the City for approval. <br /> <br />4. A final grading and drainage plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />5. The colunm supports of the decks on the west side shall be set to a depth of <br />7.5 feet below finished grade (the depth of the watermain) to protect the <br />structure in the event of a waterman break, and to ensure support if the <br />watermain is excavated for repair. <br /> <br />6. The Fire Inspector shall review submitted construction plans and approve quantity <br />and location of hydrants. <br /> <br />7. Submittal and approval by the City Attorney of a parking easement between the <br />"office" portion of the project and the apartments. <br /> <br />8.
