If the analysis documents the need for a permit, provide the MPCA with air pollutant <br />Emission Inventory Reports for each year that the Regulated Party was required to have a <br />permit. The Small Business Assistance Program will help in determining air pollutant emissions and <br />whether the facility is required to have a permit. <br />6. The March 9, 2009, letter to the City of New Brighton States that "odor testing being conducted <br />indicates that odors from the site are decreasing".
