Jack Roger (sp?), RJ <br /> Ryan, stated that the applicant would work the City Forrester on any reasonable requests. <br /> Motion by Danger, second by Zisla to have the COMMISSION SUGGEST TO THE COUNCIL THAT A CODE <br /> AMENDMENT TO ALLOW FOR THREE DOCK DOORS TO FACE ANY PUBLIC STREET,PROVIDING THAT <br /> THERE IS ADEQUATE SCREENING FROM THE HIGHWAY. <br /> 5 ayes, 0 nays. MOTION APPROVED. <br /> Motion by Zisla, second by Danger to RECOMMEND THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVE THE PROPOSED SITE <br /> PLAN,SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING SIX CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The building owner enters into a Proof-of-Parking Agreement with the City and submits evidence <br /> of its filing with Ramsey County prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> 2. All exterior lighting shall be directed downward, and installed so as to prevent direct light from <br /> being detectable at the lot line of the site on which the light source is located per Zoning Code <br /> Section 11-010 (6). <br /> 3. The three dock doors facing the right-of-way of Old Highway 8 are only allowed should the <br /> Planning Commission and City Council approve an amendment to Section 6-390 (11) prior to the <br /> applicant's submittal of a building permit. <br /> 4. Compliance with the Interoffice Department Memos attached to this report as Exhibits F—H. <br /> 5. Implementation of any forthcoming recommendations of the City Forester. <br /> 6. The civil drawings (Sheets Cl — C4) are updated to reflect the revised site plan (dated 3-13-09) <br /> prior to Council consideration. <br /> Baker amended condition number one to read as: The building owner shall recalculate office area and <br /> parking requirements and its proof of parking as part of the changes to the Council meeting, with the <br /> revised parking plan to be acceptable to City staff. Zisla accepted the amendment to condition one. <br /> Motion by Zisla, second by O'Keefe to ACCEPT STAFF RECOMMENDATION AS AMENDED. <br /> 5 ayes, 0 nays.
