(f
N BA _.
8?(" (411 thaf ywA.,4 It r° You
Memo
To: Mayor and Council
From: Dean R. Lotter, City Manager
Subject: May 4th Worksession 5pm
Date: May 1, 2009
The two items that will be covered on Monday are the FSC Roofing proposal
from Inspec and the continued discussion of the EDC and its future. Enclosed
you will find materials relating to the Roofing proposal. I have asked that a
representative from Inspec be present to discuss the proposal. Feedback from
the Council will assist staff in preparing for the Fleet and Non -Fleet budget
discussion in the near future.
In addition to the Inspec materials, I am including a copy of the ordinance
language that was adopted by the Council last year. I have also included the
notes from our Quarterly policy discussion so that Council could reflect on the
items already discussed regarding term limits. It would be staff's intention to take
the direction from Council at the May 4th meeting and bring back an ordinance
reflecting all of the changes from the April 20th discussion and the May 4th
discussion. Such an amended ordinance could be ready for Council
consideration at the May 12th or 26th Council meeting.
P Tot respondencu\City Council\Worksession Reports and Memos\May 4, 2009.doc
