Legislative History: None Financial Impact: Visu-Sewer Clean & Seal, Inc has the low quotation in an amount of $25,330. This work was budgeted for in 2009. Explanation: The purpose of this item is to obtain Council approval of a quotation from Visu-Sewer Clean & Seal, Inc. for sanitary sewer system short liner repairs. Short liners are repairs made from the inside of the sewer mains and do not require street excavations. Short liners are felt material tubes that are saturated with a thermosetting resin that is cured in place inside the sewer main to repair broken tile. The need for short liner repairs is determined from the annual sanitary sewer televising inspection program.
