Design and construction administration for the repair recommendations identified in the
reports. Once maintenance or reroofing projects are identified, we can provide
construction documents and administration for the reroofing project.
i. We will be happy to provide an additional services proposal for infrared scanning after
our initial fieldwork has been completed and once we determine and quantify all roof
types.
G. Invoices shall be considered past due if not paid within thirty (30) days
of invoice date.
K. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES
1. This Agreement may be terminated by either parry in the event of substantial failure to
perform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement through no fault of the terminating
parry but only after written notice of the specific nature of the failure to perform and after
seven days opportunity to cure such failure.
