a. The proposed density on site is not proposed to increase. <br />b. The height of the proposed addition is one story. <br />c. Additional landscaping improvements are proposed to compliment the <br />overall effect of the project. <br />f. Noise from mechanical equipment is proposed to be mitigated. <br />g. Pedestrian connections to neighboring green spaces will not be altered. <br />h. Efforts have been made to preserve mature tree growth. <br />Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that based upon the above Findings of Fact, the <br />lication for a Planned Residential Development Amendment (RD2009-002) and Site <br />a (LP2009-002) are hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: <br />The proposed improvements are constructed according the plans submitted and <br />attached to this report. <br />Two -76 dBa or lower mechanical units with acoustic barrier walls constructed on the <br />west side of the units so as to reduce noise by at least an additional 8 dBa at the <br />western property line may be permitted in the courtyard area <br />The applicant enters into a Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions, which is <br />recorded against the title of the property.
