• <br />ATTACHMENT E <br />MINIMUM EQUIPMENT AND HARDWARE SPECIFICATIONS <br />A Secure Web Browser - Internet Explorer 6.0 or better (IE 7 is recommended) over a secure <br />connection to the internet. <br />A CJDN Network IP is required to ensure that you are accessing Law Enforcement Data from a <br />secure location <br />A 256KB/S dedicated internet connection. 1MB/S or faster is recommended for a better <br />experience. <br />Pentium III (or equivalent) processor at 600MHz. A 1.OGHz or faster processor is <br />recommended. The CHIN Applications use AJAX to push some calculations and other user <br />interface rendering to the client. <br />256MB of memory is the minimum for windows XP but we recommend at least 512MB to <br />support the large memory allocation of Internet Explorer. Vista is supported but a minimum of <br />1GB of memory is needed and 2MB or more is preferred. <br />1024 X 768 resolution or better will provide the best experience. <br />Keyboard. Tabbing can be used to access all functionality, but a Mouse or other point and click <br />device will help speed up navigation in certain instances. <br />Page 19 of 20 <br />
