Commissioner Tollefson noted that <br />Preparedness month. <br />Bob Jacobson discussed a harassment incident in which a 15 year old female reported <br />being harassed by,it male suspect because of her Somalian descent. Officer Ed <br />Sypniewski followed up on this incident and identified the suspect. No charges will be <br />filed; however, the victim's family would like to talk about the incident with the Human <br />Rights Subcommittee of the Public Safety Commission. Commissioner Kelly, <br />Commissioner Woods, and Commissioner Tollefson will follow up with the family. <br />
