This is because the legal <br />controls are the Zoning Code not the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Howard inquired why there is a significant increase for proposed employment in the Northwest <br />Quadrant from the 1988 Plan. Gundlach replied that the TAZ 1030 Table was updated to include the <br />potential employment projections of the Northwest Quadrant, which were not included in the 1988 Plan. <br />Zisla questioned why there are more zoning designations versus future land use designations. <br />Gundlach replied that more than one zoning designation often is included in one future land use designation. Suc <br />as Northwest Quadrant and Downtown Business are both included under the future land use designation of City <br />Center. Schiferl inquired if there have been any zoning changes. Gundlach <br />replied that there have not been any zoning changes. <br />Miscellaneous <br />Zisla asked Phillips if there was an update regarding the skate board park. Phillips replied that the <br />Council has received a report in November regarding the park. The Calls for Service have gone down, <br />and all the equipment has been repainted, with few instances of graffiti. <br />Verne Macpherson introduced himself. He is the business owner of Tolerance Masters and he is looking <br />forward to working with the Commission. <br />Baker announced that he will be resigning the Commission since he is moving out of the City.
