. Mr. Wyffels stated he contacted Ramsey County regarding County Road E2. They are <br />not aware of any reported traffic issues. Mr. Wyffels reported some backing up of traffic <br />is occurring during rush hour traffic. One option would be to add/extend the median on <br />County Road E2 but Ramsey County has no plans to do this. <br />U <br />0 <br />Director Jacobson stated this is a good start and he will have the NOP Officer for this <br />area contact the bus company and Mounds View High School to remind the students of <br />safe driving and obeying traffic laws and city ordinances. <br />Comm. Donations are being collected now; please <br />donate new items or cash. <br />Director Jacobson reported the City of New Brighton finished in 1" Place for National <br />Night Out!! Comm. Allen thanked Officer Paetznick and everyone from Public Safety <br />who make this possible. <br />Mark Herrick and Brad Krebsbach will be new Fire Captains starting on January 1, 2010. <br />
