That the special use shall, in all other respects, conform to the applicable regulations <br />of the district in which it located. <br />Stafffinds all other applicable elements of the Zoning Code are met, which have been <br />outlined on pages two and three of this report. <br />In conclusion, staff finds all special use permit criteria have been met and would recommend <br />approval of the request. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the Special Use Permit, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All vehicles being serviced and/or sold are parked indoors during non -business hours. <br />2. Unlicensed or inoperable vehicles cannot be stored on site. <br />3. Erection of any signage requires a Permanent Sign Permit and shall comply with Zoning <br />Code Sections 9-100 — 9-120. <br />Janice Gundlach, City Planner <br />
