N M1 Gundlach stated it would be very difficult to vandalize to a point where someone could be harmed. Rob Viera stated it would be very difficult to break into the cabinet. They are open to landscaping ideas, fences, we could take special care with it. Norton asked what kind of voltage? Viera stated it is single phase; 200 amps; not the big 3 phase. Trevorrow inquired about the amount of revenue they take in. Gundlach thought it was about $20,000 per site. Samuelson asked what would happen if there were no customers for the wireless service. Viera stated Clearwire has done well in other areas, he believes they will here. If they did not have customers, Clearwire would need to remove the structure. MOTION BY TREVORROW, SECONDED BY NORTON, TO APPROVE CLEARWIRES APPLICATION FOR USING THE EXISTING POLE AT CREEKVIEW PARK. MOTION CARRIED. Otherwise between now and the Planning Commission meeting she would ask Mr. Viera to propose the screening plan for the ground equipment for these parks and we will include that for the Planning Commission consideration, for the Public Hearing , as well as the neighborhood meeting occurring a week from this Thursday. Frischman stated that what they are thinking is to have the equipment box covered by some type of natural vegetation to alleviate graffiti. We would like landscaping on all,4 sides. The height of vegetation should completely cover the mechanical box. Frischman added that we do not want to see fences or barbed wire, just trees or natural vegetation; year round. The landscaping would be something that is low -maintenance. MOTION BY TREVORROW, SECONDED BY HARRELD, THAT WE ACCEPT CLEARWIRE'S APPLICATION CONSIDERING THERE WOULD BE SOME KIND OF LANDSCAPE PLAN IN FREEDOM PARK. MOTION CARRIED. IX. Announcements A. Chair Updates Frischman inquired of members if they want to hold a December meeting. In the • past we have been consistent in not having a meeting. Breuer stated her recommendation would be to not hold a meeting but have the flexibility to call a meeting should we get something of a time -sensitive nature, such as a permit application.
