ORDMANCE NO. <br />STATE OF MDYNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />A ZONING CODE AMENDMENT RELATING TO <br />AN UPDATED AND AMENDED <br />FLOODPLAN MANGEMENT ORDMANCE <br />REFLECTING UPDATED FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAPS <br />AND OTHER FEMA MANDATED UPDATES <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS fret the New Brighton <br />Code of Ordinance is amended by amending City Zoning Code Chapter 10 as Follows: <br />Flood Plein Management <br />Article L General Conditions, $d 10-010-10-00 <br />Article 1. General Conditions <br />Sm 10.10. Statutory Authorization, Findings or Fact, and Purpose. <br />(1) Slamlory Anthor¢elion.
