Any type of vehicle <br />sales requires review and approval of a Special Use Permit within the industrial district The <br />term space is approximately 2,400 SF. The applicants proposed business includes leasing and <br />the sale of new and used gas operated, electric, and hybrid moped scooters ranging from 50cc to <br />300cc in size.
