Property Description <br />Plat Windward Terrace <br />Legal Description: Lot 9 Blk 1 <br />3. The project will install 24'x" detached garage/accessory building on the Rear Side of <br />House (Reference Certified Survey Drawing). The location of the building will meet the <br />setbacks per Sec 4040. Lot Standards in an R-1 District. The size and overall structure <br />will meet the zoning requirements per Sec. 4-530. Accessory Buildings in Residential <br />Districts. And Sec. 8-130. Speaal Use Standards. The helping will be located on an <br />elevation on my property higher than the 869 foot elevation listed in the City of New <br />Brighton's DNR -approved floodplain ordinance (from FEMA). Detail of construction of <br />me building is listed below: <br />a) Remove existing 12 x 14 storage shed from Me property <br />b) Dig footings to meet the frost line requirements, excess dirt will be removed from <br />the property <br />cl Pour concrete footings and construct concrete block walls <br />d) Pour concrete floor of building <br />e) Construct lO high walls from 2°x6"construction lumber and all beams to meet the <br />requirements of the building <br />fl Install OSB sheathing on walls to meet the requirements of IRC R602 -1B-3 Wall <br />Bracing <br />g) Install certified Engineered 5/12 pitch trusses <br />I) Install roof sheathing and 25 year Asphalt Shingles, Black Color (same as principle <br />atmi <br />I) lnstall Aluminum Maintenance Free Vented and Solid fascia and soffits, White Color <br />J) Install white Aluminum Trim around door structure <br />k) Install Vinyl Siding (same as existing principle structure), Sand Calor <br />1) Restore the landscaping (grass) and grade of land to the current conditions before <br />construction of the building. The run off of the property will not change. <br />4. No deviation of lake shore. <br />S. Grass or sod will be restored around exterior of proposed Storage Shed. <br />6.
