<br />J <br /> <br />i i <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that based upon the above findings of fact the application SPOI-06 is hereby <br />recommended for approval subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall add curbing to the site plan drawing and installed to allow water <br />penetration so as to minimize erosion on the east and southern perimeter of the lot if existing <br />conditions do not control erosion. <br /> <br /> <br />2. A silt fence is installed near the wood privacy fence to contain construction silt and run-off. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall present professional building documents including the detailing of any <br />necessary sprinklers for fire suppression to the building inspector. <br /> <br />: j <br />; ! <br /> <br />j i <br /> <br />4. A twenty-foot (20) aisle is always maintained between the proposed addition and the privacy <br />fence for fire equipment <br /> <br />5.
