October 26 , 2010 Page 5 of 5 <br />Schawn Johnson <br />Assistant to the City Manager Johnson reported negotiations with the Public Works <br />Maintenance Department will be beginning this week. <br />Gina Bauman <br />Nothing to report, as the October EDC meeting was cancelled. <br />David Phillips <br />Councilmember Phillips expressed his gratitude to the Planning Commission, City staff and Bel <br />Air staff for the time spent reaching a satisfactory resolution to the operations of the business. <br />Councilmember Phillips announced City Hall has garage door monitors available at a cost of <br />$17.00. <br />Mayor Jacobsen <br />Nothing to report. <br />Marv Burg <br />Councilmember Burg congratulated Ken Manthis, Golf Operations Manager for receiving the <br />2010 Junior Golf Leader Award from the Professional Golf Association. Mr. Manthis also <br />received the award in 2003.
