Councilmember Bauman questioned if the underground parking was one way traffic. City Planner Gundlach explained there is adequate space for a double wide drive aisle. Councilmember Bauman question if the HVAC units will generate notice for the residents. City Planner Gundlach reported that will not be an issue. Councilmember Phillips stated he is pleased with the project, and with the architect.
