As part of the City's comprehensive plan, the northern portion of the Public Hearing sidewalk is to be an 8 foot wide bituminous trail;the southerly portion would be a concrete sidewalk. 1. Continuation of Councilmember Phillips questioned when the next southerly link would be constructed. Public Hearing to Director Wyffels speculated probably at the time of the build out of the Northwest Quadrant. Consider Project Councilmember Burg suggested looking at the opportunity through the availability of MSA funds to fund 10-10. the trail connection in the future. Report No. 11-056.
