Call to Order <br /> The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Norton. <br /> II. Roll Call <br /> Present: Commissioners: Frischman, Heinrich, Jacobsen, Lundberg,Norton, Parker, <br /> Trevorrow,Weber, Director of Parks and Recreation, Breuer; Council Liaison, Burg <br /> Absent: None <br /> Also Present: Craig Schlichting, Civil Engineer II; Grant Wyfells, Director of Public <br /> Works and Lisa and John Taft, residents <br /> Chair Norton stated there was an item he would like to add under Old Business relating to <br /> egg addling and goose management. Also, he would like to change the agenda order and <br /> have the Trails, Bike and Walk-ways before the Old Business. Norton asked for a motion <br /> to make this change. <br /> MOTION BY DON HEINRICH, SECONDED BY JERED WEBER, TO ADD EGG <br /> ADDLING AND GOOSE MANAGEMENT UNDER OLD BUSINESS AND MOVE <br /> THE TRAILS, BIKE AND WALKWAYS BEFORE THE OLD BUSINESS ITEM OF <br /> BUSINESS. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> III. Minutes of December 8, 2010 <br /> MOTION BY FRISCHMAN, SECONDED BY HEINRICH, TO APPROVE THE <br /> MINUTES OF DECEMBER 8, 2010 AS SUBMITTED. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> IV. Correspondence <br /> A. Council Report—Council Member Burg <br /> • Entered into agreement with Stuart Companies to build a high-end <br /> apartment building in the northwest quadrant. They will start <br /> construction by July 31, 2011. It is a $20 Million project. <br /> • Library is now approved. <br /> • Neighborhood meetings are starting on Thursday evenings. <br /> Tomorrow is the first at Totem Pole. <br /> • Town Hall meeting on April 16th. A different format will be used. <br /> There will be an open microphone and the Mayor and Council <br /> will take questions from the residents. <br /> V. Public Hearing <br /> A. None Scheduled <br /> VI. Old Business <br /> A. Egg Addling and Goose Management <br />
