Resolution No. 11-026. <br />Director of Public Safety Jacobson reported Pamela Lynne of 2it Enterprises LLC, dba Glory <br />Days Sports Bar and Grill is the applicant. Director Jacobson reported the application process <br />was complete, and there was no reason to deny the request for the on sale liquor license. <br />Ms. Pamela Lynne gave an overview of the business. <br />Motion by Cou cilmember Bauman, seconded by Councilmember Phillips to open the Public <br />Hearing. <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nays, Motion Carried, the Public hearmgwas opened at 7:11 pm <br />Mayor Jacobsen questioned if this license would increase to total city liquor licenses. Report No. 11-083. <br />Resolution No. 11-026. <br />Director of Public Safety Jacobson reported the applicant is Ms. Anna Miranda on behalf of <br />Miranda Properties doing business as 400 Heat, 400 Old Highway 8 NW. The requisite <br />background check completed by Public Safety revealed no reason to deny this request. <br />This location is the former site of the Tri City Legion.
