11. New Brighton City Code, Section 6-130 is amended as follows: <br />6-130. Responsibility of Owner. <br />owner of a large animal shall be responsible for the: <br />Conduct and control of the animal , <br />Care and maintenance of the animal and for the provision of food, water, and shelter in <br />14ordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 346.20 343.20 through 346.36 343.37. <br />12. New Brighton City Code, Section 6-136 is amended as follows: <br />6-136. Special Permit for Stabling. <br />City Council may grant a special permit to allow the stabling and maintenance of a large <br />tal in an area closer than 100 feet to the nearest property line upon a finding that Section <br />5 creates an undue hardship and the granting of the permit will not cause undue harm to <br />cent property owners. <br />13. New Brighton City Code, Section 6-140 is amended as follows: <br />6-140. Short Term Permit. <br />must be obtained from the Cit v if any excepted use specified in Section 6-139 is to <br />i, displayed, or otherwise operated for seven days or less. The permit shall be <br />ed on <br />Payment of a permit fee in an amount set by the City Council. <br />Payment of a deposit guaranteeing cleanup of all areas used by the large animals.
