a <br />10. <br />11) a Planning Commission and City Council determined that all the findings of Section 9-041 <br />(14) have been met as outlined in the Planning Report dated April 15, 2011. <br />hhe Planning Commission and City Council reviewed the proposal in accordance with the <br />following Special Use Permit conditions of Zoning Code Section 8-130: <br />a.'
