' Motion by Coundimember Phillips, seconded by Councilmember Samuelson to adopt the attached Resolution approving the vacation of a 5' drainage and utility easement legally described as the northerly 5' of Outlot A, LONG LAKE LANDING, Ramsey County, Minnesota. 5 Ayes, 0 Nays - Motion Carried Council Business 1. Consideration of a Special Use Permit for Vicki Van Dale to allow operation of a doggie day care business out of an existing industrial building located at 1561 Old Highway 8 NW. Report No. 11-133. *Moved from Consent Agenda. Councilmember Samuelson asked this item be moved to allow for discussion, Vicky Van Dale stated she and her husband own the property at 1561 Old Highway 8, and have decided to open a doggie day care. Ms. Van Dale noted it is her goal to eventually offer long term boarding, primarily to offer care for individuals going through serious life events. Ms. Van Dale is planning a July opening.
