The contractor was instructed to install 12" metal aprons to blend with the <br /> proposed slope. Prior to paving several softspots were encountered. The contractor <br /> was instructed to remove the existing Class 7 and install additional material as required <br /> to prepare for final pavement. <br /> In accordance with Mn/DOT Specification 1403, the Engineer issues this Work Order to <br /> install the 12" metal aprons and provide 5 loads of compacted Class 7 in accordance <br /> with all applicable specifications and as directed by the project supervisor. <br /> Payment for this work will be made at the negotiated unit prices shown below. <br /> This work is not expected to become, or affect the Controlling operation.
