Form of approval. <br /> 6. The Planning Commission determined the criteria to be satisfied and recommended <br /> approval of the Final Plat of NORTHWEST QUADRANT EAST. <br /> Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon the above findings of fact the applications <br /> for a Final Plat (FP2011-001) are hereby recommended for approval consistent with attached <br /> Exhibit A, and subject to the following condition: <br /> 1.
