Roll Call <br /> Present: Commissioners Fields, Frischman, Jacobsen (arrived 6:35 p.m.), Lundberg <br /> (arrived 6:36 p.m.) Nguyen, Norton, Parker, Trevorrow, Weber, Director of Parks and <br /> Recreation, Sandy Breuer and Council Liaison David Phillips. <br /> Also Present: Jeff Peters, WBS and Associates <br /> Absent: None <br /> There was an introduction of new members: Kevin Fields and Long Nguyen <br /> A. Minutes of April 6, 2011 <br /> MOTION BY JEANNE FRISCHMAN, SECONDED BY ADAM PARKER, TO <br /> APPROVED THE APRIL 6, 2011 MINUTES AS SUBMITTED. JERED WEBER <br /> ABSTAINED. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> IV. Correspondence <br /> A. None <br /> V. Public Hearing <br /> A. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan—Jeff Peters, WSB <br /> MOTION BY JERED WEBER, SECONDED BY JEANNE <br /> FRISCHMAN TO OPEN THE PUBLIC HEARING. MOTION <br /> CARRIED. <br /> Jeff Peters of WSB and Associates (engineering firm) gave the Storm <br /> Water Pollution Prevention Plan presentation. Jeff Peters is working with <br /> Grant Wyffels on the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System(MS4). It <br /> is a Federal program that the State of Minnesota carries out and enacts for <br /> them,basically to clean up water in the State. <br /> Permit is based on Six Minimum Control Measures: <br /> MCM 1: Public Education and Outreach <br /> MCM 2: Public Participation/Involvement <br /> MCM 3: Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) <br /> MCM 4: Construction Site Stormwater Runoff Control <br /> MCM 5: Post-Construction Stormwater Management <br /> MCM 6: Pollution Prevention/Good Housekeeping for Municipal <br /> Operations <br /> Jeff Peters discussed the six control measures mentioned above. <br />
