As a part of the <br /> discussions with PREC, parking lot lighting, wider concrete sidewalks, and additional pedestrian curb <br /> ramps were added to this project. This added some additional cost that was not provided for in the <br /> original cost estimates. <br /> The bids are consistent with the engineer's estimate,with the exception of the storm water <br /> improvements as part of City Project 11-3.
