Mr. Kasbohm noted the market will determine the rates somewhat, but intends to charge $750 for a 1 bedroom, and$850 for a two bedroom. Mr. Kasbohm noted that calls for service may increase, as he will be proactive in calling the police to address problematic behaviors. Mayor Jacobsen stated the Council and the Public Safety Department will support Mr. Kasboum's efforts, and are looking forward to the improvements.
