Councilmember Phillips expressed concern with the mitigation plan submitted; noting <br /> calls for service have not decreased, also noting none of the neighboring buildings are on a <br /> provisional license status. Councilmember Phillips suggested the property management <br /> company should have gotten involved earlier. Mr. Varner, agreed, stating he is fairly new in <br /> this role, and intends to work to improve the situation. Councilmember Bauman expressed her <br /> dissatisfaction with the lack of improvement. Mayor Jacobsen stated he would expect to see <br /> significant results going forward. <br />
