Councilmember Phillips questioned if accessible parking stalls will be included for <br /> the Neighborhood Center. <br /> Councilmember Bauman questioned the placement of the sidewalk, and why it goes along only <br /> a portion of the parking stalls. City Planner Gundlach stated she did not design the plan, and if <br /> it is Council's desire, it could likely be removed. Councilmember Burg, noted the sidewalk <br /> provides additional access to the Neighborhood Center. Councilmember Phillips suggested <br /> letting the engineer make the determination on whether or not to include the sidewalk. <br /> Councilmember Burg questioned if this proposal has been reviewed by the Parks, Recreation& <br />
