Councilmember Phillips stioned if removing the driveway on 14th Street to the west of 23rd Ave. NW - at the west - e of the parking lot was considered, noting four additional stalls could be gained. Councilmember Phillips questioned if accessible parking stalls will be included for the Neighborhood Center. Councilmember Bauman questioned the placement of the sidewalk, and why it goes along only a portion of the parking stalls. City Planner Gundlach stated she did not design the plan, and if it is Council's desire, it could likely be removed. Councilmember Burg, noted the sidewalk provides additional access to the Neighborhood Center. Councilmember Phillips suggested letting the engineer make the determination on whether or not to include the sidewalk.
