Approval of Silver Lake Flats Multiple Dwelling Provisional License and <br />Mitigation Plan -Main Street. Report No. 11-236. <br />Officer Trevor Hamdorf reported that as required by City Code Chapter 13, the New Brighton <br />Department of Public Safety reviewed police and fire calls to all licensed, multiple dwelling <br />housing units in the City of New Brighton for the period of January 1, 2011 through June 30, <br />2011, including the property described as Silver Lake Flats located at 2090-2160 West County <br />Road E. The analysis revealed a level of .63 provisional calls for service per unit for the six <br />month period of review. This level is in excess of .5 calls per unit as allowed under this <br />ordinance. Silver Lake Flats submitted a mitigation plan and based upon review of the <br />document, staff recommends approval of the mitigation plan. Monthly reports will be required <br />'from the Silver Lake Flats regarding progress on their mitigation plan. Silver Lake Flats has <br />been purchased by Main Street Companies on August 22nd <br />Don Kasbohm, representing Main Street Companies reported he has been in real <br />estate/apartment management for twenty years, and that he is prepared to make significant <br />Page 3 of 7 <br />10.
